Grouping items and moving them

Groups keep a long price book readable. The same controls work for resources and templates.

Steps

1. Select a row and click Move to group…. The dialog shows where it is now and every group it can go to; click a destination then Move, or double-click the destination.
2. Indent (Tab) nests a row into the group above it; Outdent (Shift+Tab) lifts it a level. With nothing above to nest under, Indent offers to create a New subgroup.
3. The up and down arrows reorder rows inside their group.
4. Double-click a group name — on its band in the grid or in Categories — to rename it; Enter commits.
5. Add category at the foot of the column creates a group; the trash icon on a group offers to move its contents before deleting.
